The average asking price of Residential Real Estate in the Portuguese is still growing , despite the bad results of the Portuguese economy in 2020 and 2021.
There was a small adjustment in the region of Lisbon, and Cascais. where the average prices had fall in 2021.
Algarve is still the most wanted region for foreign investors.
On the remaining regions the average price, is still growing. The the Region of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, the prices are rising constantly since 2016, and 2020 and 2021 are not a exception.
