Portugal - Home Prices Are Still Rising
According to the information publish, in the beginning of April, by the Portuguese news agency LUSA, the price of residential properties has grown up in the first quarter of 2021.
The average sale price of residential property grew by 17.4%, compared to the same period of 2020, while the price of non-residential properties ( i. e. office buildings)) dropped in the Portuguese Real Estate Market.
The number of properties available for sale has increased by 87.8%.

In the same article it is said that the supply of residential properties, for the renting market, has increased 101.1% compared with the same period last year, leading to a fall of 9.4% on the average renting price,.
